GPD Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor

The GPD Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor (also called a brake wear sensor or brake pad sensor) is a direct-replacement part. It monitors the condition of your disc brake pads. When the pads wear down to their service limit, the sensor triggers the vehicle's warning system. This tells you it is time to replace the pads.

Key Features:

• Monitors brake pad wear and gives a timely alert for pad replacement
• Helps you catch worn pads before they cause brake system problems
• Designed as a direct replacement for the original sensor, for straightforward installation
• Built with an electrical connector and wiring suited to its application
• Sold under the GPD (Global Parts Distributors) brand, a national supplier of aftermarket automotive parts

Replacing a worn or triggered brake pad wear sensor when you service the pads keeps the dashboard warning system working as designed. It also helps maintain braking performance and safety.
