GPD 1813469 Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor

The GPD 1813469 is a direct-fit disc brake pad wear sensor designed to monitor brake pad thickness and alert the driver when pads have worn to the replacement threshold. This sensor integrates with the vehicle's onboard warning system to illuminate the brake pad wear indicator light before pads reach a critically low or unsafe level.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement — engineered to match original equipment specifications for straightforward installation
• Electronic wear monitoring — functions as a resistor circuit that signals the vehicle's control module when pad material is depleted
• Dashboard warning activation — triggers the brake wear indicator light to notify the driver of required pad replacement
• Durable construction — built to withstand heat, vibration, and the harsh conditions of the brake environment
• OE-style connector — plugs directly into the factory wiring harness for a clean, tool-friendly installation

Replacing the brake pad wear sensor at every pad change is essential for maintaining the accuracy of the vehicle's brake monitoring system. The GPD 1813469 restores proper sensor function and helps ensure the brake warning system performs as intended.
