GPD 1813474 Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor

The GPD 1813474 is a direct-fit disc brake pad wear sensor (also commonly referred to as a brake wear indicator or brake pad sensor) designed to monitor brake pad lining thickness and alert the driver when pads have worn down to the replacement threshold.

When the brake pad lining wears to a critically low level, the sensor makes contact with the rotor and triggers a dashboard warning light, prompting timely pad replacement before rotor damage or brake system failure can occur. This proactive alert helps maintain safe, reliable stopping performance.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement — engineered for precise OE-style installation with no modification required
• Triggers brake pad wear warning indicator on the vehicle's dashboard
• Helps prevent rotor damage and brake system failure caused by worn pads
• Manufactured by GPD (Global Parts Distributors) to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
• Includes connector and wiring lead for plug-and-play installation

Replace your brake pad wear sensor any time new brake pads are installed to ensure the warning system functions accurately for the life of the new pads.
