GPD 1813396 Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor

The GPD 1813396 is a direct-fit disc brake pad wear sensor designed to monitor brake pad thickness and alert the driver when pads have worn to the point of needing replacement. This electronic sensor integrates with the vehicle's onboard warning system to illuminate a dashboard indicator light before brake pad wear becomes a safety concern.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement designed to match original equipment specifications for straightforward installation
• Electronic sensor connects to the vehicle's computer module and activates a dashboard warning light when brake pads reach minimum thickness
• Sensor mounts to the brake pad and maintains contact with the brake rotor surface, wearing at the same rate as the pad
• Manufactured by GPD (Global Parts Distributors) to meet or exceed OE fit, form, and function requirements
• High-quality construction engineered for reliable, long-term performance
• Backed by GPD's one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

Replacing the brake pad wear sensor during every brake pad service is recommended to ensure the warning system functions correctly for the next service interval. The GPD 1813396 brake wear sensor provides a cost-effective, reliable solution for maintaining proper brake system monitoring.
