GPD 1813444 Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor

The GPD 1813444 is a direct-fit disc brake pad wear sensor designed to monitor brake pad lining thickness and alert the driver when replacement is needed. As part of Global Parts Distributors' brake sensor line, this unit is engineered to meet original equipment specifications for a precise, plug-and-play installation.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement — designed to match OE form, fit, and function for a hassle-free install
• Brake pad wear monitoring — electronically signals the vehicle's warning system when brake pad linings have worn to a critical threshold
• Dash warning light activation — triggers the brake pad wear indicator light on the instrument cluster, providing timely notification before rotor damage occurs
• Durable construction — built to withstand the heat, vibration, and contaminants typical of the brake environment
• Replaces worn or damaged sensors — brake pad wear sensors should always be replaced alongside new brake pads, as they wear out simultaneously

Replacing the brake pad wear sensor at every brake pad service interval is essential for maintaining the accuracy of the vehicle's brake monitoring system. The GPD 1813444 provides a cost-effective, quality solution for restoring proper brake pad wear detection.
