Standard Motor Products Engine Cooling Fan Switch

The Standard Motor Products Engine Cooling Fan Switch, also called a radiator fan switch or cooling fan temperature switch, helps control your engine's electric cooling fan. It senses coolant temperature and turns the fan on and off at the right points. This helps the engine stay within its normal operating range in traffic, at idle and under heavy load.

Key Features:

• Temperature-activated switching that engages the cooling fan when coolant reaches the calibrated set point
• Designed to help prevent overheating and support consistent engine temperatures
• Built to meet or exceed original equipment form, fit and function
• Durable housing and terminals made to handle heat, vibration and underhood conditions
• Sealed construction helps protect against coolant and moisture intrusion
• Backed by Standard Motor Products' long experience in engine management and temperature control parts

Standard Motor Products is a trusted name in the aftermarket for ignition, fuel, emissions and temperature control components. A reliable cooling fan switch helps protect your engine and keeps the A/C system running efficiently. Replacing a worn or failed switch can fix problems such as a fan that does not turn on, a fan that runs constantly, or overheating at idle.
