Product Details

The Standard Motor Products TS305 is a direct-fit replacement engine cooling fan switch (also known as a coolant fan switch or thermal fan switch) engineered to OEM specifications. Sold under the Intermotor product line, this stock-style thermal switch monitors coolant temperature and signals the electric cooling fan to activate when the engine reaches its target operating temperature, helping prevent overheating.

Standard Motor Products cooling fan switches utilize a precision-calibrated thermal mechanism. When coolant temperature rises to the switch's activation threshold, the internal element triggers a snap-action electrical contact that sends the signal to the fan controller. Each unit is individually calibrated and tested to confirm actuation at its specified temperature setting.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM replacement — stock thermal switch style
  • Precision-calibrated to activate at the correct coolant temperature
  • Snap-action electrical contact for reliable, repeatable switching
  • Built to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
  • Sold individually; no sending unit or relay included
  • UPC: 091769142896

The TS305 is a dependable, maintenance-free replacement that restores proper cooling fan operation and helps protect your engine from heat-related damage.

Quick and great prices

The order was easy and shipment was fast. They had what i was looking for at a great price.

They have the best prices and fast shipping too.

Autoplicity was plenty cheaper than competitors for the springs I needed. I was shopping around and left the website after beginning a transaction and they sent me a coupon for 25% off shipping if I would return and purchase from them, which was cool. Unfortunately the coupon code didn't change the price and I didn't receive 25% off, but it was still cheaper than others.

Autoplicity won my loyalty as a customer on two separate counts. Firstly, I am always researching the web for the lowest possible price on an item even while I am in the process of actually ordering it. I had filled in all of my info on their order page and had competed almost everything required concerning making this order. All that was left to do was my clicking of the final 'link' actually confirming the order. At this point I totally stopped and looked elsewhere on the web. A couple of hours later I came back to my computer and was surprised to see an email from Autoplicity asking me why I hadn't fully completed my order and offering me 3% off the purchase price if I would complete it. I immediately finished and submitted the order without hesitation. Secondly, a day or so after I had made the order, I received another email from Autoplicity offering me an additional $5.00 rebate if I wrote a review of my experience with them. Do you think they really want me as a customer? YOU BET!! I like companies that do business like this. They know how to make and keep loyal customers.

Great product! Don't even think about another battery hold down - this one is strong, light and has the good looks to boot. Saved over $30 on it too.

No hassle ordering and fast quality shipping at a reasonable price.

The service Autoplicity provides is top notch!! Shipping is fast, customer service is very helpful and the products are great!! Most of all, you cannot beat the prices. I would recomment Autoplicity to anyone looking to save a little money on those must have auto parts!!!
