Wells PCV Valve Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve

The Wells PCV valve (positive crankcase ventilation valve) is a replacement emissions-control part. It helps manage crankcase pressure and routes blow-by gases from the crankcase back into the intake manifold to be burned in the combustion chamber. Using these gases again helps reduce harmful emissions and keeps the engine's ventilation system working as designed.

Key Features:

• Regulates crankcase ventilation flow to match engine operating conditions
• Helps remove moisture, fuel vapors, and combustion by-products from the crankcase
• Helps limit oil sludge buildup and reduce the chance of oil leaks caused by excess crankcase pressure
• Supports proper engine emissions performance
• Made by Wells, a long-established supplier of engine management and emissions parts for the aftermarket

A PCV valve that is worn or clogged can cause rough idle, oil consumption, oil leaks, or sludge. Replacing it at the recommended service interval is an inexpensive way to help protect engine health and efficiency. Choose the specific part number that matches your application.
