Wells 6P1245 PCV Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve

The Wells 6P1245 is a direct-fit Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve engineered to OEM specifications. The PCV valve plays a critical role in your engine's emissions and crankcase ventilation system by redirecting harmful blow-by gases from the crankcase back into the intake manifold to be burned during combustion, rather than being vented into the atmosphere.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement — no modifications required for installation
• Manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
• Helps maintain proper crankcase pressure and protects engine seals
• Reduces harmful emissions by recirculating blow-by gases
• Prevents oil contamination of the intake system when functioning correctly
• Durable construction for reliable, long-service performance

A faulty PCV valve can cause rough idle, increased oil consumption, oil leaks, and failed emissions tests. The Wells 6P1245 restores proper crankcase ventilation function and is a cost-effective solution as part of routine engine maintenance.
