Wells 6P1090 PCV Valve Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve

The Wells 6P1090 is a direct-fit Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve designed to meet or exceed original equipment specifications. The PCV valve plays a critical role in your engine's emissions and ventilation system by routing blow-by gases from the crankcase back into the intake manifold to be burned during combustion, rather than venting them to the atmosphere.

Wells Manufacturing has been a trusted supplier of engine management and fuel system components for decades, producing parts built to OE-level quality standards for a wide range of domestic and import vehicles.

Key Features:

• Direct OE replacement — no modification required for installation
• Precisely calibrated internal valve to regulate crankcase pressure
• Built to meet or exceed original equipment performance standards
• Helps maintain proper engine vacuum and reduces oil consumption
• Supports emissions compliance by preventing unburned hydrocarbons from escaping the crankcase
• Durable construction for long service life

A faulty PCV valve can cause rough idle, increased oil consumption, sludge buildup, or a failed emissions test. Replacing it with a quality unit like the Wells 6P1090 restores proper crankcase ventilation and helps protect engine longevity.
