Wells 6P1119 PCV Valve Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve

The Wells 6P1119 is a direct-fit Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Valve engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for fit, form, and function. The PCV valve plays a critical role in the crankcase ventilation system by metering the flow of blow-by gases from the crankcase back into the intake manifold, where they are re-burned during combustion for cleaner emissions and proper engine operation.

Key Features:

• Meets or exceeds OE specifications for fit, form, and function
• Designed for reliable, long-service-life performance
• Precisely regulates crankcase gas flow to the intake manifold
• Helps maintain proper fuel-to-air mixture for efficient combustion
• Direct OE replacement — no modifications required for installation
• Built using high-grade materials to ensure durable, trouble-free operation

A failing or clogged PCV valve can cause a range of drivability issues, including rough idle, oil leaks, a fouled air filter, increased sludge buildup, and even fumes entering the passenger compartment. Regular replacement is recommended — typically every 30,000 miles or as specified in the vehicle owner's manual — to prevent sludge formation and premature engine wear.
