Wells 6P1016 PCV Valve Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve Replacement

The Wells (WVE by NTK) 6P1016 is a direct-fit replacement Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve engineered to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. This emissions control component plays a critical role in your vehicle's crankcase ventilation system, reliably routing crankcase gases and exhaust air back through the intake manifold to be re-burned for cleaner emissions and optimal engine performance.

Key Features:

• Designed to meet or exceed OE fit, form, and function specifications
• All-new construction — contains no remanufactured components
• Compatible with both city and highway driving conditions
• Replaces OEM part number 33000887
• Helps prevent sludge buildup, condensation, and premature engine wear
• Supports reduced harmful crankcase emissions

The PCV valve is a routine maintenance item and should be inspected and replaced regularly — typically every 30,000 miles or per your vehicle manufacturer's recommended service intervals. A worn or failing PCV valve can cause rough idle, oil leaks, increased oil consumption, and sludge formation that can damage internal engine surfaces.
