Donaldson Filtration Air Filter Safety Element

The Donaldson Filtration Air Filter Safety Element (also called a secondary air filter or safety filter) is a backup filter. It fits inside the air cleaner housing, downstream of the primary filter element. It gives engines a second layer of protection for the intake system.

Key Features:

• Backup protection: Helps keep dust and debris out of the engine if the primary element is damaged or leaks.
• Safer service: Helps block contaminants from entering the intake while the primary element is removed, cleaned or replaced.
• Quality media and construction: Donaldson engineers its heavy-duty air filtration products for efficient filtration and dependable sealing.
• Built for demanding use: Suited to heavy-duty engines in on-highway, off-highway, construction, agricultural and industrial equipment.

Donaldson Filtration is a well-known name in engine air filtration. A safety element is a low-cost way to protect your engine. Replace it according to the equipment manufacturer's service schedule, and use it together with a correctly installed primary air filter.
