Product Details

The Donaldson P116446 is a safety air filter that serves two critical functions: acting as a backup to the primary filter and protecting the engine during primary filter servicing. This round-style safety filter element is designed for heavy-duty applications where engine protection is paramount.

Key Features:

  • Serves as a backup filter in case of primary filter damage or improper installation
  • Prevents contaminants from entering the clean side of the air intake system during primary filter servicing
  • Designed to plug rapidly if contamination finds its way past the primary filter, alerting operators about an issue
  • Outer Diameter: 8.24 inches (209.4 mm)
  • Inner Diameter: 7.11 inches (180.7 mm)
  • Length: 22.00 inches (558.8 mm)
  • Tested to ISO 5011 efficiency standards

Donaldson recommends that safety filters are replaced with every third primary filter change unless there has been a failure of the primary filter. This genuine Donaldson filter element is part of the FVG family and replaces numerous OEM part numbers including Baldwin PA2457, Caterpillar 3I0095, and many others.

Quick and easy. Just hope it fits my car.

Good

not till i recieve package

So far, they did good getting my package to me...downfall it was opened from whoever was subcontracted to send it to me. however they promptly have provided me with a return slip and we will see where it goes from there. they were quick to help fix their problem as long as i had pictures of what was wrong. still cheaper than anywhere else.

Safe, quick,and easy... thanks.

Very simple and easy.

Thanks for the quick and easy experience.

Easy to find product I need and easy to check out.

Easy to find parts on web site, great prices, great customer service!

Very competitive low prices and great product selection. Will definitely look to this vendor when purchasing automotive parts in the future.

Phone service was quick and personable wanting to solve my problem immediately. The weight of my package was wrong causing shipping to be $300 to ship a gas can but was fixed right away. Prices were great! I would purchase through them again!

I like the service and cheap price i will recommend autoplicity.

1st class service

Your prices for Metal Rescue were the best I could find and your shipping was fast, although I screwed up and ordered a quart when I though I ordered a gallon
