The Donaldson P601560 is a secondary (inner safety) air filter element designed for use in heavy-duty air filtration systems. Secondary air filter elements serve as a critical backup layer of protection inside a dual-stage air cleaner assembly, preventing contaminants from reaching the engine in the event that the primary outer filter element is damaged, bypassed, or during primary filter servicing.
