Field Controls GVD-12PL 12 Inch Automatic Vent Damper for 24V Gas Furnaces

The Field Controls GVD-12PL is a 12-inch automatic vent damper designed for use with 24-volt gas heating systems. This professional-grade damper automatically opens when the heating system fires and closes when the system shuts down, preventing heat loss up the chimney and improving overall system efficiency.

Key Features:

• 12-inch diameter vent damper for gas furnaces and boilers
• 24-volt operation integrates seamlessly with standard HVAC controls
• Automatic operation reduces standby heat loss through the flue
• Heavy-duty construction for reliable long-term performance
• Spring-loaded blade ensures positive closure
• Reduces energy costs by preventing conditioned air escape

Important Note: This unit does not include the wiring harness (sold separately). The GVD-12PL helps reduce heating costs by minimizing heat loss when the heating system is not in operation, making it an excellent upgrade for older gas furnace installations.
