Gates 51770 Modular Coolant Hose Assembly

The Gates 51770 is a precision-engineered modular coolant hose assembly designed to meet OEM specifications for specific vehicle applications. This advanced coolant hose features integrated OE components such as hose branches, quick-connectors, sensors, or restrictors, providing a direct-fit replacement solution that eliminates the need for multiple parts.

Key Features:

• EPDM tube construction with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and heat-resistant EPDM cover
• Engineered with compounds that resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of coolant hose failure
• Re-engineered materials resist vacuum collapse, reducing the need for internal springs
• Heat and ozone resistant cover for extended service life
• Temperature range: -40°F to +275°F (-40°C to +135°C)
• Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 specifications
• Pre-shaped to ensure perfectly sealed conditions and proper fitment
• Cross-references to OEM part number LR045239

Gates modular coolant hoses are manufactured with the same dimensional specifications as original equipment, ensuring reliable performance and durability. The advanced EPDM compound provides superior resistance to chemical coolants, including new extended life formulations, while maintaining flexibility across extreme temperature ranges.
