Product Details

The Gates 24356 is a premium molded modular coolant hose assembly engineered for precise OEM-quality fitment and superior cooling system performance. As part of Gates' industry-leading modular hose segment, this pre-formed hose is manufactured to fit specific vehicle applications with integrated components for reliable, leak-free operation.

Key Features:

  • EPDM tube and cover construction for maximum heat and ozone resistance
  • Synthetic fiber knit reinforcement for strength and durability
  • Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD), the leading cause of coolant hose failure
  • Temperature range: -40°F to +275°F (-40°C to +135°C)
  • Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 specifications
  • Re-engineered materials resist vacuum collapse without internal springs
  • May include integrated quick-connectors, branches, or other OE components

This molded coolant hose directly replaces OEM part numbers including ACDelco 22807L, GM 20896267, GM 20935763, Continental 66985, NAPA 17022, and Rapro R38112. Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed for optimal sealing performance.
