Gates 24773 Premium Modular Coolant Hose with Integrated Components

The Gates 24773 is a premium modular coolant hose engineered for modern cooling systems that require integrated components and precise fitment. This advanced hose assembly features built-in branches and quick-connect fittings, making it significantly more sophisticated than traditional molded hoses.

Key Features:

• Modular design with one branch component for multi-point coolant routing
• EPDM rubber and plastic construction for superior durability and heat resistance
• Molded configuration ensures exact OEM-equivalent fitment
• End 1 inside diameter: 0.7 inches (18mm), End 2: 0.8 inches (20mm), End 3: 0.7 inches (18mm)
• Centerline length: 18 inches (45.75cm / 1162mm total routing length)
• Engineered to resist ozone, heat, and electrochemical degradation
• Temperature rating: -40°F to 275°F (-40°C to 135°C)

This auxiliary water pump inlet hose is commonly used in Mercedes-Benz and Dodge Sprinter applications. The modular construction allows for complex coolant routing with integrated components that would require multiple hoses in traditional systems. Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed for optimal seal integrity.
