Gates 24859 Premium Modular Coolant Hose with Integrated Components

The Gates 24859 Premium Modular Coolant Hose is an advanced cooling system component designed to replace OEM hoses in modern vehicles. Unlike traditional molded hoses, this modular assembly features integrated components built directly into the hose for enhanced functionality and precise fitment.

Advanced Modular Design:

• Features integrated hose branches, female quick connectors, and junction points for complex cooling system routing
• Manufactured to OEM specifications for exact fit and reliable performance
• Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of coolant hose failure
• Specifically designed materials resist collapse under vacuum conditions

Premium Construction:

• EPDM rubber tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement for superior strength
• Heat, ozone, and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover for long service life
• Temperature range: -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C)
• Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 standards
