Gates Premium Modular Coolant Hose with Integrated Components

Gates Premium Modular Coolant Hose is a molded radiator and coolant hose assembly. It is built for specific applications and is made to be similar to OE specifications. Each assembly includes the integrated original-equipment components that the application uses, such as hose branches, quick connectors, sensors and restrictors. It is a direct replacement for worn, cracked or leaking coolant hoses.

Key Features:

• Modular assembly design: integrated OE-style components can include branches, quick-connect fittings, sensors, outlets and restrictors, depending on the application.
• Vacuum-resistant construction: the materials are specifically engineered to resist collapse under vacuum.
• Corrosion protection: the hose is engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, a leading cause of hose failure.
• Durable EPDM build: it has an EPDM tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and an EPDM cover that resists heat, ozone and chemical coolants.
• Molded shape: the preformed shape follows the original routing, so the hose fits and works like the OE part.
• Industry standards: the hose meets SAE 20R3 and 20R4 EC Class D1 requirements and operates from -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C).

Gates is a leading aftermarket supplier of modular assembly coolant hoses. Gates recommends replacing the clamps whenever a new coolant hose is installed. Do not use this hose for fuel or oil transfer.
