The Gates 51394 is a premium modular coolant hose engineered for precise OEM-fit applications. This professional-grade replacement hose features Gates' advanced modular assembly design, incorporating integrated OE components for a complete cooling system solution.

Construction and Materials:

• EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) tube construction for superior coolant compatibility
• Synthetic fiber knit reinforcement for enhanced strength and durability
• Heat-, ozone-, and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover
• Manufactured with OEM-exact components including quick connects, branch connectors, tees, and sensors where applicable

Performance Features:

• Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD), the leading cause of coolant hose failure
• Specifically-engineered materials resist vacuum collapse, eliminating the need for internal springs
• Temperature range: -40°F to +275°F (-40°C to +135°C)
• Meets or exceeds SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 specifications
• Pre-molded to exact specifications for proper fit and leak-free sealing

Important Notes:

• Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed
• Not for use in fuel or oil transfer applications
• Designed as a direct OEM replacement, eliminating the need for dealership visits

As part of the Gates modular coolant hose line, the 51394 offers the quality and reliability expected from Gates' century of engineering excellence in fluid power and cooling system components.
