Product Details

The Dayco 89707 is an accessory drive belt tensioner assembly designed for serpentine belt drive applications. This complete tensioner assembly maintains proper belt tension to ensure reliable operation of engine-driven accessories and prevent premature belt wear.

Key Features:

  • Patented flat spring design provides less operating range variation for consistent tension
  • Heavy-duty cast aluminum spring case and arm resist cracking and fatigue
  • PTFE string wound within the spring resists abrasion and dampens noise
  • Thermoplastic rubber spring slot plugs and rubber O-ring seals keep contaminants out
  • Zinc coated mounting bolts resist rust and corrosion
  • Complete assembly ready to install

This tensioner reduces the risk of premature accessory bearing failure due to high tension when a new belt is installed and lessens the risk of belt noise and slippage caused by low tension. Cross-references to OEM part numbers: 2335275, 2335342, 39341, 39394, 49818, 780149, and 780157.

EASE OF PART SELECTION

It would be easier if I could select only certain items such as lug nuts instead of having to look through the entire site of lug bolts lug nuts lug nut covers ect ect

Ok. Except saving this feedback.

First time user

I struggled to get info about the product and how to use the website and still don't know when to expect delivery. A frustrating experience.
