Product Details

The Gates 24267 is a premium modular coolant hose designed as an upper radiator hose for specific automotive applications. This advanced hose assembly features integrated OEM-exact components including quick-connect fittings, branch connectors, and sensors, making it far more sophisticated than traditional molded hoses.

Key Features:

  • EPDM tube construction with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement for superior durability
  • Heat-, ozone-, and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover protects against degradation
  • Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum conditions
  • Manufactured with OEM-exact integrated components (quick connectors, branches, sensors)
  • Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure
  • Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 under 25mm ID and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 for 25mm ID and over
  • Temperature range: -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C)
  • Centerline length: 13.25 inches (337mm)
  • End connections: 1-3/16 inch (31mm) inside diameter on both ends
  • Features three quick-connect fittings for simplified installation

Gates has been an industry leader in automotive cooling system components for over a century, working directly with OE manufacturers to ensure exact-fit replacements. This modular coolant hose is manufactured to OEM specifications and includes all necessary integrated components for a complete, reliable repair. Gates recommends replacing clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed for optimal performance.

Important: Do not use for fuel or oil transfer applications. This product is designed exclusively for coolant system use.
