Product Details

The Dorman 604-014 Air Door Actuator is a direct replacement mode control actuator designed to restore proper operation of your vehicle's HVAC system. This actuator controls the air distribution mode, directing airflow to the appropriate vents including defrost, floor, and dash outlets.

Key Features:

  • Direct fit replacement for failed or malfunctioning mode door actuators
  • Controls HVAC air distribution between defrost, vent, and floor positions
  • Durable construction engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications
  • Includes integrated circuit board and motor assembly for reliable performance
  • Restores proper climate control functionality and airflow direction

This actuator is commonly located behind the instrument panel and connects directly to the HVAC system's mode door. When the original actuator fails, symptoms include incorrect airflow direction, clicking noises from the dashboard, or inability to change vent modes. The Dorman 604-014 provides a cost-effective solution to restore full HVAC system operation.

Alright

I ordered the incorrect part, it looked the same as mine. But I disregarded the model year fitment chart, my mistake.

I prefer the old school method of only replacing the wiper blades instead of the entire wiper arm & autoplicity has wiper blades in stock. I received them in less than a week.

Use them
