Product Details

The Dorman 604-874 HVAC Mode Air Door Actuator is a direct replacement component designed to restore proper climate control operation in your vehicle. This actuator controls the mode door within the HVAC system, directing airflow to the defrost, vent, or floor positions as selected by the driver.

Key Features:

  • Direct-fit replacement for failed OE actuators, restoring proper mode door function
  • Controls airflow direction between defrost, vent, and floor positions
  • Durable construction engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications
  • Includes mounting hardware for straightforward installation
  • Rigorous quality testing ensures reliable, long-lasting performance

When the mode door actuator fails, you may experience symptoms like airflow stuck in one position, clicking noises from the dashboard, or inability to switch between vent modes. This Dorman replacement actuator provides a cost-effective solution to restore full HVAC functionality and driver comfort.

Site is nice, wish it had more filtering options, for instance, front brakes only, or rear rotors, etc.

It was easy to find the part for the vehicle you are shopping for, quick and simple to checkout, I will be ordering from autoplicity more often...we'll have to wait and see how long it takes to get to my residents...

Great products and great prices all around.....just took lil longer than expected to process and ship

Great price, and quick processing of my order. Will use again.

Fantastic place to buy from. They had the best price for K&N oil filters for my motorbikes which was good enough. Then I ordered on a Saturday via normal shipping...got it Tuesday morning! Definitely going to order more in the future.
