Product Details

The Dorman 973-003 is a high-quality blower motor resistor designed as a direct-fit OE replacement for truck applications. This front-mounted component controls the fan speed of your vehicle's HVAC blower motor by regulating electrical resistance, allowing you to adjust cabin airflow from low to high settings.

Key Features:

  • Direct-fit OE replacement design for easy installation
  • Front location mounting position
  • Controls multiple blower motor speed settings
  • Manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications
  • Backed by Dorman's limited lifetime warranty

When your blower motor only works on high speed or stops working on certain settings, a failed resistor is often the culprit. This Dorman replacement resistor restores proper function to your climate control system, ensuring consistent airflow at all speed settings. Sold individually as a complete replacement unit.

Great purchasing experience!

Quick and easy

all good

Everything was as expected

The order shipped quickly and arrived within the time allotted. The order contained four of the same items but was shipped partially from two different warehouses. I was only given one tracking number so when only two of the items arrived I had to contact customer support to verify that the other two were on their way.

The floor mats I purchased for my car work like a dream. They were just as described in the listing. The shipping was also pretty quick. I just wish the price was about $20 cheaper. Other than that I was completely satisfied.

Excellent selection, great prices, and fast shipping. I am very satisfied.

Low prices, Fast shipping and great service!

Quick and efficient, Thank You!

Exact product as promised with the best price on the internet. Product shipped fast and had a tracking number to keep me up to date on my order. I would order from again without hesitation and will tell friends.
