Carrier Draft Inducer Motor

The Carrier Draft Inducer Motor (also called an inducer motor or draft inducer blower motor) is a replacement part for Carrier gas furnaces. It drives the inducer fan that pulls combustion gases through the heat exchanger and out of the vent system. This airflow lets the furnace burn fuel safely and efficiently during each heating cycle.

Key Features:

• Single-phase design for residential and light commercial furnace applications
• Moves combustion gases through the heat exchanger and vent system
• Supports the furnace pressure switch and safety sequence by establishing proper draft before ignition
• Built for dependable, quiet operation through repeated heating cycles
• Available in multiple horsepower and voltage configurations, so you can choose the one that matches your furnace's original motor

A working draft inducer motor helps keep furnace startup, combustion and venting reliable. Replacing a worn or noisy motor can restore proper draft and reduce nuisance lockouts. Choose the variant that matches your existing motor's voltage and horsepower.
