Dorman Active Grille Shutter Assembly

The Dorman Active Grille Shutter Assembly, also called a radiator shutter assembly or active grille shutter, is a replacement for the factory shutter system behind the front grille. Active grille shutters open and close electronically to control airflow through the radiator and condenser. This helps the engine reach operating temperature, supports cooling when needed, and reduces aerodynamic drag.

Key Features:

• Replaces the original active grille shutter assembly to restore proper airflow control
• Motor-driven louvers open and close automatically based on engine and cooling demands
• Helps restore the vehicle's intended warm-up, cooling, and fuel-efficiency behavior
• Designed to match the form and function of the original equipment part for a straightforward installation
• Backed by Dorman's reputation for quality aftermarket replacement parts

A damaged, stuck, or failed grille shutter can cause a check engine light, shutter-related fault codes, reduced airflow, or higher engine operating temperatures. Replacing it with a Dorman assembly helps restore normal operation of the vehicle's thermal management and aerodynamic system.
