Active grille shutters are an important component of modern vehicle thermal management systems. When the engine requires cooling, the shutters open to allow maximum airflow through the radiator. During highway cruising or cold starts, the shutters close to reduce aerodynamic drag and help the engine reach operating temperature more quickly. A malfunctioning shutter assembly can trigger check engine lights, reduce fuel economy, and cause improper engine temperature regulation.

Dorman is a trusted name in automotive replacement parts, offering cost-effective solutions backed by extensive engineering and testing. This grille shutter assembly provides a reliable repair option for restoring your vehicle's original functionality.
