Dorman 601-759 Active Grille Shutter Assembly

The Dorman 601-759 Active Grille Shutter is a direct-fit replacement radiator shutter assembly designed to restore proper function to your vehicle's active grille shutter system. When the original shutter fails—whether due to age, accident damage, or motor failure—this OE-quality replacement gets your aerodynamic management system back up and running.

How Active Grille Shutters Work:

Active grille shutters are motorized vanes mounted behind the front grille that automatically open and close based on vehicle speed and engine temperature. At highway speeds, the shutters close to reduce aerodynamic drag and improve fuel economy. At lower speeds or when additional engine cooling is needed, they open to maximize airflow to the radiator.

Key Features:

• Precise OE Match – Engineered to match the fit and function of the original equipment shutter assembly for a seamless replacement
• Plug-and-Play Installation – Features a factory-style electrical connector that connects directly to the existing vehicle wiring harness without modification
• Quality Tested – Undergoes extensive testing including vehicle try-on, material validation, and corrosion resistance to ensure long-term reliability
• Cost-Effective Solution – Delivers original equipment quality at a competitive aftermarket price point
• Restores Fuel Economy – Properly functioning shutters help maintain the vehicle's designed aerodynamic efficiency and EPA fuel economy ratings
