Gates Small I.D. Molded Coolant Heater Hose

The Gates Small I.D. Molded Coolant Heater Hose line is factory-molded, OEM-style coolant hose. It is made for the smaller, tighter-fitting engine compartments in many of today's vehicles. These pre-shaped heater hoses can be used for coolant, water and air applications. They are also approved for marine use.

Key Features:

• Factory-molded construction to OEM-style specifications for a precise fit and routing
• EPDM tube, synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and EPDM cover
• Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD), a leading cause of coolant hose failure
• Meets SAE 20R3 Type EC Class D1 specifications
• Temperature range of -40°F to 275°F (-40°C to 135°C)
• Suitable for coolant, water and air applications, and approved for marine applications

Installation Notes: Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed. Do not use these hoses for fuel or oil transfer.
