Maxitrol Modulating Gas Valve for Direct Fired Burners HVAC Control Valves & Actuators

Maxitrol modulating gas valves are built for direct fired (negative pressure) burners. They give precise, continuous gas flow control in makeup air units, process heating and other HVAC applications. These modulator valves are also called modulating gas valves or modulator/regulator valves. They vary burner output smoothly from low fire to full fire, and they don't need a motor or mechanically driven butterfly valve.

Key Features:

• Designed for direct fired, negative pressure burner systems
• Outlet pressure rises as the control voltage rises, which allows smooth, proportional modulation
• Adjustable orifice bypass for setting low-fire gas flow
• Upstream pressure regulator setting on applicable models
• Works with Maxitrol Selectra and related modulating control systems
• Gives stable, non-fluctuating temperature control for area heating, drying, baking and other process uses

Maxitrol is a well-known manufacturer of gas pressure regulators, modulating valves and gas controls for heating equipment. Select the child item that matches your pipe size and system requirements. Installation should be done by a licensed gas fitter.
