Keystone CAC010233 Intercooler Charge Air Cooler 6.6L V8 Turbo Diesel

The Keystone CAC010233 is a direct-fit replacement intercooler and charge air cooler engineered for 6.6-liter V8 turbocharged diesel engines. Designed to meet OEM specifications, this charge air cooler (CAC) restores proper boost air cooling to turbodiesel applications, helping maintain engine efficiency, power output, and long-term durability.

A charge air cooler is a critical component in any turbocharged diesel engine system. Compressed air from the turbocharger is routed through the CAC before entering the intake manifold, lowering air temperature and increasing oxygen density for more complete combustion. A failed or leaking intercooler can result in reduced power, elevated exhaust temperatures, and increased fuel consumption.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM-style replacement for the 6.6L V8 turbodiesel charge air cooler
• Aluminum construction for durability and efficient heat dissipation
• Engineered to match factory inlet/outlet positioning and mounting points
