Keystone GM3012126 OEM Replacement Intercooler Charge Air Cooler 2.7L Turbo

The Keystone GM3012126 is an OEM-replacement intercooler (also known as a charge air cooler) engineered for the turbocharged 2.7L L4 (L3B) engine found in the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500. This front-mounted intercooler is a direct-fit replacement for OEM part number 85168760 (cross-references: 85163339, 23394747, 18134).

The intercooler plays a critical role in the turbocharged engine's performance. Compressed air exiting the turbocharger is routed through the intercooler, where heat is extracted before the charge air enters the engine. Lowering intake air temperature improves air density, supports optimal combustion efficiency, and reduces the risk of engine knock — helping the 2.7L L3B deliver its rated 310 horsepower and up to 420 lb-ft of torque.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement — matches original equipment form, fit, and function
• Front-mounted charge air cooler design for the 2.7L turbocharged L4 (L3B) engine
• Aluminum core construction for efficient heat dissipation and durability
• Plastic end tanks consistent with OEM design
• Drop-in fitment with no modification required
• Replaces OEM part numbers: 85168760, 85163339, 23394747, 18134

This intercooler is a straightforward, bolt-in solution for restoring full turbo cooling performance after damage or failure. It is sold as a single unit.
