J.C. Whitney JARBS960904 Heated 4-Wire Upstream Oxygen Sensor OEM Replacement

The J.C. Whitney JARBS960904 is an OEM-replacement heated 4-wire upstream oxygen sensor designed to restore proper fuel management and emissions performance. This sensor monitors exhaust gases before the catalytic converter, providing real-time feedback to the engine control unit (ECU) to optimize the air/fuel mixture for efficient combustion.

Key Features:

• Heated Design: Integrated heater element allows the sensor to reach operating temperature quickly, improving cold-start fuel trim accuracy and reducing emissions during warm-up
• 4-Wire Construction: Two heater wires and two sensor signal wires for reliable, precise oxygen measurement
• Upstream (Pre-Cat) Position: Installs in the exhaust stream ahead of the catalytic converter for primary fuel control feedback
• OEM Replacement: Engineered to meet original equipment specifications for a direct fit and plug-and-play installation
• Helps Resolve: Check engine lights related to oxygen sensor fault codes, poor fuel economy, rough idle, and failed emissions tests

The JARBS960904 is a direct-fit, drop-in replacement that requires no cutting or splicing when used with the correct application. Always confirm proper fitment before installation using your vehicle's year, make, model, and engine specifications.
