Product Details

The GPD 1814373 is a direct-fit engine coolant temperature sensor (ECT sensor) designed to restore accurate coolant temperature reporting to your vehicle's engine control module (ECM). This replacement coolant temp sensor meets OE specifications and installs without modification for a straightforward, hassle-free repair.

Key Features:

  • Direct OE Replacement – engineered to match original equipment specifications for proper fit and function
  • Accurate ECM Feedback – sends precise coolant temperature data to the engine management system to regulate fuel trim, idle, and A/C compressor operation
  • Prevents Overheating Issues – a failing coolant temperature sensor can disrupt cooling system performance; this sensor restores reliable operation
  • Quality Construction – built from high-quality materials to withstand engine heat and coolant exposure
  • 1-Year Warranty – backed by GPD's standard one-year manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship

GPD (Global Parts Distributors) is a premier supplier of automotive thermal and HVAC components, offering one of the most comprehensive aftermarket cooling catalogs available. The GPD 1814373 coolant temperature sensor is sold individually and is intended as a direct replacement for the original sensor.

Awesome experience, next level customer support.

I ordered a tire from thmotorsports that the manufacturer had discontinued two years earlier and which I could not find anywhere else, without checking customer reviews first, something I never do. Had I checked reviews first I would never have placed the order as the reviews I read after placing my order were uniformly awful. But rather than call and cancel the order, which was my first impulse, I resisted the urge to do so and waited. A day later, the shipping update said my tire had shipped, so I waited. Another day later, the shipping update said my tire would arrive a day later by the end of the day so I waited. On the appointed day, the tire, exactly the tire I had ordered and which was unavailable anywhere else, arrived at the end of the day, brand new, in perfect condition and I was utterly amazed. Thank you, thmotorsports, I am so glad I did not look at your reviews before placing my order.
