GPD 1814557 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Direct Fit Replacement

The GPD 1814557 is a direct-fit replacement engine coolant temperature sensor (CTS) designed to restore accurate coolant temperature monitoring to your vehicle's engine management system. This sensor provides reliable feedback to the engine control module (ECM), allowing it to properly regulate fuel delivery, ignition timing, and cooling fan operation based on real-time coolant temperature readings.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement — installs in the same location as the original sensor
• Engineered to meet OE specifications for accurate temperature readings
• Signals the ECM to adjust air/fuel mixture and ignition timing accordingly
• Helps prevent engine overheating by supporting proper cooling system operation
• On equipped vehicles, the ECM also uses this signal to manage A/C compressor operation
• Backed by GPD's one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

A faulty coolant temperature sensor can cause hard starts, poor fuel economy, rough idle, and overheating — making timely replacement critical to engine health and longevity. The GPD 1814557 is built to restore proper system function and protect your engine.
