GPD 1812027 Throttle Position Sensor TPS

The GPD 1812027 is an aftermarket replacement Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) designed to restore proper engine management function. The throttle position sensor monitors how far open the throttle valve is and reports this data to the engine control unit (ECU), allowing it to optimize fuel injection and ignition timing for smooth acceleration and efficient combustion.

Mounted on the throttle body, the TPS sends a real-time voltage signal corresponding to throttle plate angle. A failed or out-of-range sensor can result in erratic idle, hesitation, poor fuel economy, or diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) related to throttle position.
