GPD 1811989 Throttle Position Sensor TPS

The GPD 1811989 is an aftermarket replacement Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) designed to restore proper engine management function. Mounted on the throttle body, the TPS continuously monitors the position of the throttle valve and transmits that data to the engine control module (ECM), enabling precise fuel delivery, ignition timing, and transmission shift points.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement designed to meet or exceed original equipment fit, form, and function
• Monitors throttle valve position and relays real-time data to the engine computer
• Helps resolve hesitation, rough idle, poor fuel economy, and check engine light codes related to throttle position
• Engineered for accurate voltage output signal across the full throttle sweep
• Manufactured by GPD (Global Parts Distributors), a trusted name in aftermarket automotive components

A failing throttle position sensor can cause a range of drivability issues including erratic idle, stumbling acceleration, and unexpected stalling. The GPD 1811989 is backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
