TBC ARC48 Arctic Claw Winter WXI Studdable Winter Tire 215/60R16 95T SL

The TBC Arctic Claw Winter WXI is a studdable winter tire engineered for coupes, sedans, CUVs, SUVs, and light-duty pickup trucks. The detailed asymmetric tread design and the winter compound keep the winter weather, ice and snow traction. This tire carries the Three Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) certification, meeting industry standards for severe winter weather performance.

Key Features:

• High-density siping placement upgrades the grip with additional biting edges gripping the road surface, even when driving on ice and snow
• Winter compound keeps the rubber flexibility in freezing, winter weather conditions
• Designed to accept optional metal studs, providing additional grip and support in freezing rain, sleet and wet ice
• Circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint, avoiding hydroplaning
• The tread design's close surface contact allows the tire to lower road vibrations and absorb the shock of driving

The ideal tread design with the flat footprint maintains road contact throughout the drive to boost steering responsiveness and driving stability. The optimized construction minimizes road noise and vibrations, creating a comfortable driving experience for passengers even in harsh winter conditions.
