The EBC DB610/5 is a premium 5-piece rotor bolt set engineered for secure brake disc installation on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. Each set includes one bolt per rotor mounting hole, ensuring complete replacement of your existing hardware.

Key Features:

  • Constructed from 10.9 grade medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD compliant)
  • Pre-applied thread lock compound ensures bolts remain tight during operation
  • High tensile strength design prevents loosening under extreme braking conditions
  • 5-bolt configuration fits rotors with 5 mounting holes

Installation Notes:

  • Clean the hub mounting face thoroughly and remove all corrosion and dirt to ensure the rotor sits flat
  • Spin the wheel in the axle/fork leg to check for true running
  • If runout is detected, remove bolts, verify hub cleanliness, rotate the rotor one bolt hole, and reinstall
  • Apply fresh thread lock if removing and reinstalling bolts, as the factory-applied thread lock will be partially degraded
  • Consult your owner's manual for the correct torque specification
