EBC DB405/5 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 5-Piece

The EBC DB405/5 is a premium 5-piece rotor bolt set designed for secure brake rotor mounting on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. Each set includes one bolt per rotor hole, providing complete hardware for proper rotor installation.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 10.9 medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD specification)
• Pre-applied thread lock compound ensures bolts remain tight under vibration and stress
• High tensile strength construction prevents bolt failure during aggressive braking
• 5-piece set includes one bolt per rotor mounting hole
• Direct replacement for OEM rotor bolts

Installation Notes:

• Clean the hub mounting face thoroughly and remove all corrosion and dirt to ensure the rotor sits flat
• Spin the wheel in the axle/fork leg to check for true rotation
• If runout is detected, remove bolts, verify hub cleanliness, rotate the rotor one bolt hole position, and reinstall
• Apply fresh thread lock if bolts are removed after initial installation, as the pre-applied compound will be partially degraded
• Consult your vehicle's owner's manual for proper torque specifications

EBC rotor bolts provide the reliability and strength needed for demanding brake system applications, ensuring safe and consistent braking performance.
