EBC DB602/5 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 5 Piece

The EBC DB602/5 is a premium 5-piece rotor bolt set engineered for secure brake rotor installation on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. Each set includes one bolt per rotor hole, providing complete hardware for proper rotor mounting.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 10.9 medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD compliant)
• Pre-applied threadlock compound ensures bolts remain tight during operation
• High tensile strength design resists loosening under vibration and thermal cycling
• Precision-engineered threads for accurate torque application
• Complete 5-bolt set for rotors with 5 mounting holes

Installation Guidelines:

• Thoroughly clean the hub mounting face and remove all corrosion and debris to ensure the rotor sits completely flat
• Spin the wheel in the axle to verify true rotation with no runout
• If runout is detected, remove bolts, recheck hub cleanliness, rotate the rotor one bolt hole position, and reinstall
• Apply fresh threadlock if removing and reinstalling bolts, as the factory-applied threadlock will degrade after initial use
• Torque bolts to manufacturer specifications found in your vehicle's owner's manual

EBC rotor bolts are essential components for maintaining brake system integrity and safety. Replace worn or damaged rotor bolts with genuine EBC hardware for reliable performance.
