EBC DB604/6 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 6 Pack

The EBC DB604/6 is a high-quality rotor bolt set designed for secure brake disc installation on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. This 6-piece set includes one bolt per rotor mounting hole, ensuring complete replacement for standard front or rear brake rotors.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 10.9 grade medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM A324BD compliant)
• Pre-applied thread lock compound ensures bolts remain secure and prevent loosening during operation
• High tensile strength construction resists stripping and failure under torque
• 6-piece set provides complete replacement for one rotor

Installation Tips:

• Clean hub mounting face thoroughly and remove all corrosion before rotor installation to ensure proper seating
• Spin wheel after installation to check for runout; if present, rotate rotor one bolt hole and reinstall
• Apply fresh thread lock if removing and reinstalling bolts, as original compound degrades after first use
• Consult your vehicle's owner's manual for correct torque specifications

EBC rotor bolts are engineered to meet OEM specifications while providing enhanced durability and reliability for street, sport, and racing applications.
