EBC DB403/6 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 6-Piece

The EBC DB403/6 is a premium 6-piece rotor bolt set designed for secure brake rotor mounting on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. These high-strength fasteners are engineered to meet the demanding requirements of high-performance braking systems.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 10.9 grade medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD specification)
• Pre-applied threadlock compound ensures bolts remain securely fastened under vibration and stress
• Six-piece set includes one bolt per rotor mounting hole
• Precision-engineered threads for proper torque retention
• Direct replacement for OEM rotor mounting bolts

Installation Tips:

• Thoroughly clean the hub mounting surface, removing all corrosion and debris to ensure the rotor sits completely flat
• Spin the wheel after installation to verify true rotation with no runout
• If runout is detected, rotate the rotor one bolt hole position and reinstall
• Apply fresh threadlock if bolts are removed after initial installation, as the factory-applied threadlock will be degraded
• Always torque bolts to manufacturer specifications listed in your owner's manual

These high-quality rotor bolts provide the reliability and strength needed for safe braking performance, whether for street riding, track use, or off-road applications.
