EBC DB401/6 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 6 Piece

The EBC DB401/6 is a high-quality 6-piece rotor bolt set designed for secure brake rotor mounting on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. Each set includes one bolt per rotor mounting hole, providing a complete hardware solution for proper disc installation.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 10.9 grade medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD specification)
• Pre-applied thread lock compound ensures bolts remain secure during operation
• High tensile strength construction prevents bolt failure under braking stress
• Precision-engineered threads for proper torque application
• Direct replacement for worn or damaged OEM rotor bolts

Installation Tips:

• Thoroughly clean the hub mounting surface and remove all corrosion and debris to ensure the rotor sits completely flat
• Spin the wheel in the axle/fork to verify true rotation after installation
• If runout is detected, remove bolts, verify hub cleanliness, rotate the rotor one bolt hole position, and reinstall
• Apply fresh thread lock if removing bolts after initial installation, as the pre-applied compound will be partially degraded
• Always torque bolts to manufacturer specifications found in your vehicle's service manual

This bolt set provides the reliability and performance expected from EBC Brakes, a trusted name in braking components for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports applications.
