EBC DB301/4 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 4 Piece

The EBC DB301/4 is a premium rotor bolt set designed for secure and reliable brake rotor installation on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. This 4-piece set includes one bolt per rotor mounting hole, providing a complete replacement solution for your brake system maintenance.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 10.9 medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD specification)
• Pre-applied thread lock compound ensures bolts remain securely fastened during operation
• High tensile strength construction prevents bolt failure under extreme braking conditions
• Precision-engineered threads for accurate torque application

Installation Tips:

• Thoroughly clean the hub mounting face and remove all corrosion and dirt to ensure the rotor sits completely flat
• Spin the wheel in the axle or fork leg to verify it runs true without runout
• If runout is detected, remove bolts, recheck hub cleanliness, rotate the rotor one bolt hole, and reinstall
• Apply fresh thread lock if removing and reinstalling bolts after initial fitting, as the factory-applied compound will be partially degraded
• Consult your owner's manual for the correct torque specification for your specific application

Replace worn or damaged rotor bolts with EBC's high-quality replacement hardware to maintain optimal braking performance and safety.
