EBC DB604/5 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 5 Pack

The EBC DB604/5 is a premium high-tensile rotor bolt set designed for secure brake rotor installation. This 5-pack provides one bolt per rotor mounting hole, ensuring complete hardware replacement when servicing your brake system.

Key Features:

• Constructed from 10.9 grade medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD compliant)
• Pre-applied thread lock compound ensures bolts remain secure under vibration and heat
• High-tensile construction prevents bolt failure during aggressive braking
• Includes 5 bolts - one complete set for standard 5-bolt rotor mounting

Installation Tips:

• Thoroughly clean the hub mounting face to remove all corrosion and debris before rotor installation
• Ensure the rotor sits completely flat against the hub surface
• Check for wheel runout by spinning the wheel after installation - if runout is detected, rotate the rotor one bolt hole position and recheck
• Apply fresh thread lock if bolts are removed after initial installation, as the factory-applied compound will be partially degraded
• Torque bolts to manufacturer specifications found in your owner's manual

EBC rotor bolts are engineered to meet or exceed OEM standards, providing reliable performance for street, sport, and track applications.
