EBC DB401/4 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 4-Piece

The EBC DB401/4 is a premium 4-piece rotor bolt set engineered for secure brake rotor installation on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. Each set includes one bolt per rotor mounting hole, ensuring complete replacement for standard 4-hole rotor configurations.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 10.9 grade medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD compliant)
• Pre-applied threadlock compound ensures bolts remain secure during operation
• High tensile strength construction resists loosening under extreme braking conditions
• Direct replacement for worn or damaged OEM rotor mounting bolts

Installation Tips:

• Thoroughly clean hub mounting surface and remove all corrosion before rotor installation to ensure flat seating
• Spin wheel after installation to verify rotor runs true without runout
• If runout is detected, rotate rotor one bolt hole position and recheck
• Apply fresh threadlock if bolts are removed after initial installation, as original threadlock will be degraded
• Always torque bolts to manufacturer specifications listed in your owner's manual

These precision-engineered replacement bolts provide reliable, long-lasting rotor retention for safe braking performance.
